The Loop Junk Strap is the same 120cm woven nylon strap with a stainless steel buckle that Surly's regular junk strap is. The Loop Style Junk Strap, however, has a loop sewn at each end of the strap so you can wrap them around small diameter tubing like that used for racks and handlebars. Common on European utility bikes, a front wheel stabilizer makes loading front racks simpler. It is a spring connecting the fork to the down tube. It adds a subtle self centering action to the front wheel, making loading and unloading of a bike with a basket, or say, our Porteur Rack much easier. For all models with the QL2.1 system, except for: Office-Bag, Commuter-Bag, Commuter-Bag Two and Downtown Two Worn, broken or lost mounting hooks? Replace your QL2.1 hooks with a new set of QL2.1 hooks and plastic handle. The B-RAD Dogbone allows for the bottle cage to mounted off center with additional B-RAD accessories, without needing the B-RAD base. Most commonly used for smaller, curved or dual suspension frames where the slotted bases won't fit or are not needed.
